As far as I know, we won't need rpb-spatial-base.ttl if we do not build RPB spatial vocabulary from the official csv. The reason why I would like to remove it is, that it breaks the SkoHb build, presumably because it its concept URIs are also used in rpb-spatial.ttl. So I'd like to delete it anyhow. We can get it back easily at any point if we need it.
