Remove LBZ vocabs #229

As soon as everything is working fine with the new repo at https://github.com/hbz/lbz-vocabs/ we shoudl delete the LBZ vocabs in this repo.

As soon as https://github.com/hbz/lbz-vocabs/issues/2 is resolved (when https://github.com/hbz/w3id.org/pull/2 is reviewed, made against the w3id.org-repo and then merged) we can go forward and delete the LBZ vocabs in this repo.
