README file shoud reference weblog #2

The README file would be improved with a reference to the software in use, e.g. to point people generally at https://hcab14.blogspot.com/ and perhaps more specifically at a couple of exemplary posts that describe use and features.

(I'm happy to send a PR if PR's are welcomed.)
