This is an interesting example where a weakly infected cell shows a weak serum response.

I don't see which cell you mean in particular but I spotted a few that fit your description...yes, it would be good of the correlation would always be like that but I have seen (especially in the new plates from Kinder Studie) that there are barely infected cells with super high serum response which really confused me...

Yes, we talked about it earlier. Maybe this correlation (not correlation) is something to investigate more closely in the future.
