I need to:

[ ] download CMIP3 and CMIP5 data locally
[ ] consolidate into chunked files using zarr
[ ] upload to google cloud storage (personal repository temporarily, eventually pangeo storage)
[ ] add them to data catalog .csv file
[ ] add them to analysis notebooks
