Create a pattern for dropdown menus within Navbar #245

We are beginning to need more depth in our navbar, in order to accommodate new pages we'll be adding to the website in the near future. We should create a simple pattern for expandable dropdown menus from the nav bar.

These most also be added to the mobile navbar.
