Correct config parameter name in Readme #80

Corrected the config parameter base_dir to base_directory in README.md

I don't think this change is right, since the config is actually base_dir and not base_directory

@pierredup It has been a long time since I created it and don't exactly remember the details. I only remember that base_directory did work for me at that time for some reasons. Please feel free to decline/close it. Thank you.
