v0.11.0

Fewer Copies & Faster ANSI

Lip Gloss v0.11.0 introduces tad performance benefits by replacing Style properties with primitive types. This makes working with Styles a lot easier and drops the need for Copy(). This also replaces the use of external libraries for ANSI parsing and use our new in-house amazing x/ansi library.

How to upgrade?

The Copy() function is now deprecated and only returns itself. Remove deprecated code and use Golang true copy to copy styles.
