Write out some functions called from libcctbx.a to cppxfel:

3D matrix inverse calculation
orthogonalisation matrix calculation from unit cell parameters
Conversion of rotation functions in Miller indices to cartesian coordinates (important for oblique space groups) This should break the dependency on libcctbx.
