Can't claim rewards from locked HNT #1383

Describe the bug I am trying to claim rewards from HNT that has been locked up for a long time.

I have the latest version of the black helium app on Android. I have 0.1 or 0.2 SOL on my wallet to cover fees. I connect to the HNT DAO and the claim all rewards as well as the claim rewards individually all fail with a timeout/retry option.

I have tried to claim rewards on several different occasions and was only successful one time to my recollection.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Open fully updated black helium wallet app on Galaxy S22 Ultra Go to /dao/hnt Connect one of 2 wallets that have locked HNT Attempt to claim staking rewards for locked HNT Get screwed over repeatedly with a long 1 of 5 transactions that never completes and never makes any progress Get angry and try to avoid smashing phone with a hammer as the won't help anything

Problem happens with both helium wallets I have. I have locked HNT in both that I can't claim the rewards on and haven't been able to most of this last year.

Stuck on "currently processing 1 of 5" or sometimes "2 of 5" transactions. Never goes further than that.

Expected behavior I expect rewards given for staking / locking HNT to work.

Screenshots I can't. Screenshots are blocked and I hate that they are blocked without an easy way to override or temporarily allow

Smartphone (please complete the following information):

Additional context Just want to be able to reliably claim my rewards. Miner rewards usually get claimed without much trouble. Once in a while I have to try again on the miner claiming.

This morning I was finally able to successfully claim rewards (with only a few failured attempts which I'm not sure why I had to reattempt) by disconnecting from my local network and using the mobile network.

I tried this last night and it didn't make a difference which network I was on.

My home network does have 2 aggregated WAN connections. Dual ISP configuration on a commercial grade router. I tried connecting to just one of the ISP modems directly last night and that didn't help at all.

So I was finally able to claim but seems like both connected to a dual WAN network and something in the claiming process still isn't reliable.

It continued to fail this morning until I disconnected from my network. Even after disconnecting there are a few failed attempts that just timed out at 4 of 5.
