Miners Power & Connected To Internet Showing Offline #1702

I installed 3 hotspots 10 days ago, and even though they have power and internet, I was able to add to wallet and set their location, but all three still show offline on the network. When I check the status on one it says it is 100% sync to block chain.

Any thoughts on how I can get these to show online on the helium explorer?
