Fix file name and excluded no needed files in Cargo.toml #30

This PR fixes:

File name typo in the configuration file for tarpaulin
Exclusion of files that don't have to be published on crates.io

Do you need a crates.io release or are you happy ro package from master?

Rust library crates are never built from GitHub, sources are always pulled from crates.io. What I usually do is patch the code in Fedora and create PRs upstream. A new release on crates.io would be great, but is not very urgend :D.
