Feature Request: the ability to use key chords (i.e. ctrl+k o)

Description:

Ability to use combinations of keys pressed within a certain time of each other. This will need to be done in neo-blessed

Open Questions:

should the first key need to be accompanied by a meta key?
should there be a timeout or is the "next key listening" indefinite?
