Create simple JSON OKW representing ability to bake and sew #10

Create a text file in the repo that represents a single maker capable of both baking and sewing. This should be a file in this repo in a "data" folder. This will be an example OKW. The capabilities will be chosen from a lexicon defined in a different issue.
