Create YAML schemas for maps between informal atoms and formal atoms. #17

The idea here is to have very simple files that map like this:

"Sewring Machine" -> [sewing machine,237]

where 237 is a integer identifier.

@RobertLRead have we relosved this with wiki.data unique id's and our concepts of atoms?
