Just did a simple search+replace. #48

The remaining issue is to think about the wording of the sc3 slot in documentation which is now inside of metadata.

Thanks a lot for this! I've pushed it to Bioc Devel, will wait until all checks are OK and then will push to the Release (will take a couple of days).
