double click to close the tab not working in my chrome browser

toolbox Version:1.0.29
System:windows 7 64bit

This function worked the moment i installed it, but after a while, it wont 
work. I tried re-install or re-config it, but it doesn't work anyway.

It works at home but it never works at work. Same Windows version... Can't 
figure out why
