Error mesage upon starting Chrome / don't close browser last tab close broken #125

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. start Chrome and a error message box pop up on windows
2. close the last tab and it close the browser
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Broswer stay open, instead it close upon the last tab closed

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.0.30
