Will not allow installation on any of my Windows 8 installations :-(

For whatever reason it stopped working on Win8 even though I used it for last 6 
month just fine on Windows 8

I am having the same issue. I had chrome-toolbox installed before upgrading to 
Win8. I noticed some of its features were not working. Then I notice it was no 
longer installed. When I try to install, I am told that it is not supported on 
my "device".
