What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. option "Scroll mouse wheel on the tab strip to switch tabs" does not work.
2. works on occasion.
3. re-installing the extension has no effect.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
scroll with mouse wheel not working.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
chrome Version 24.0.1312.56 m
windows 7 64bit
