There is no way to show html source #137

Status: This is a known bug with Google Earth. Google Engineers are looking 
into it.

Comments: 
GE should show html source.

Relevant Application(s): 
Google Earth 4.2 and earlier in Windows and Linux

Steps to Reproduce: 
Open testcase

Supporting Files: 
html-source-testcase.kml

Workarounds: 
People have reported success with numeric entities. In any common charset:
" => "
& => &
' => '
< => &#60;
> => &#62;
These should continue working once the bug is fixed.
