Pal5/Icon0.png no longer showing


Status: [ManoM] This isn't a bug. These icons are discontinued. Please choose 
from the new set of icons, or create one yourself.

Comments: 
I have been using 
"<href>http://maps.google.com/mapfiles/kml/pal5/icon0.png</href>" for several 
months. I recently upgraded to 4.2 from 4.1 and now the icon looks like 
paddle\y.png. Looking at the properties of the placemark it shows the correct 
ref for the icon but the wrong icon picture next to it. If I add a custom icon 
with this href I incorrectly get the y.png icon also. It could be because I 
have pro 4.1 loaded and then the newest version installed as the normal version.

Relevant Application(s): 
Windows GE 4.2 just upgrade from pro 4.1, and 100% sure that is when this 
started.

Steps to Reproduce: 
Using http://maps.google.com/mapfiles/kml/pal5/icon0.png as a placemark icon 
does not work correctly in newest version. It shows a y.png icon, yet you can 
see the correct version by puting in the same 
http://maps.google.com/mapfiles/kml/pal5/icon0.png into IE.
