How to frame limit #222

Playing Sonic and Sonic 2 ports, and they are a bit messy, songs not acting right, and no frame limit!

You can limit the frame rate from the menu. On desktop, press Esc to open the menu, select 'Limit FPS', and pick an appropriate frame rate.
