While working on #23 and looking at both the precipitation map created above as well as data presented in real precipitation maps and biome/ecoregion maps, I saw that the results from the precipitation map above are going to be insufficient: too wet, basically. The distribution of rainfall concentration is not linear ... almost logarithmic, so it needs to be redone ... and probably with more gradations.

Take, for example, these maps:

Updated precip map:

has more zones
decreases the rainfall inland, in the northern tribes area
adds deserts in the southern tribes area
adds more precip next to (East of) the large central mountain chain
