Create another image that updates the temp map above by modifying the temp for altitude (5.6 °C for each 1,000 meters of elevation).

As with the reopening of issue #17, this issue needs to be reopened. Also see #23 for the algorithmic adjustment of global temps to take altitude into consideration.
