Make conversion persist on lock screen as notification

Make a conversion persist on lock screen as a notification.

If a conversion is set to be persistent, then it will persist itself as a notification.

Things I need to do to get this done

• [ ] Look and see if this is something that's permitted in the App Store guidelines
• [ ] Add a flagged option to show or hide on lock screen. This will need to be added as a flag in core data
• [ ] Add a toggle in the Saved window
• [ ] Allow for the flag to be turned off from notification
• [ ] Specify why notifications are needed
• [ ] User will need to enable notifications for this feature to work
