added the missing extension for readme

the readme for the repo wasn't being marked up as the extension for the readme was missing. Now, the readme has styling.

The build system requires that a file named README exist, so could you also add README as a symlink to README.md (or vice versa)?

If you check the commit, you'll see I made the change. But your commit message was useless, so I recreated the commit.
