Proxy for VPN/Dial-up doesn't detect VPN Connections created with Microsoft CMAK #188

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create CMAK VPN package using CMAK ( 
http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc739464(WS.10).aspx )
2. Install package to create CMAK based VPN connection
3. Check if the connection is visible under start->settings->network connections
4. go into switchy options->network and select checkbox Proxy for VPN/Dial-up

What is the expected output?
CMAK based VPN connection should be listed

What do you see instead?
CMAK based VPN connection is not listed

Operating system:
Window XP SP3

Error Log:

I have a similar issue using the Cisco VPN client. It does not list that in the 
network list.
