Change 'post' fragment to look more like twitter 'post' fragment. #161

I would like the 'attache media' buttons to float with the keyboard like on the twitter app. The icons disappear when you load up the keyboard, and you need to dismiss the keyboard to see them.

See here that the 'attach a location' and 'attach an image' buttons float with the keyboard.

Implemented in #166, although I think there are some 'responsiveness' issues when it comes to long question descriptions.
