HHVM don't create config files #9

I yesterday installed hhvm with brew "brew install hhvm" but dont have .plist, php.ini and hhvm.ini files :( you are planning to add these files soon?

Indeed, I copied the ones from one of our servers but it would be nice if these get pre-created in appropriate locations with appropriate settings for OSX + brew (so using /usr/local).

Yep, this is just something I haven't gotten around to yet.
