After adding Target Periods, I receive this error but Target Periods successfully saved #455

Current behavior Received this error after created Target Periods, added Overall Target and adding Disaggregation groups. See screenshot:

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to Indicators > Indicator
  2. Click on '+ Indicator` and click on indicator to edit more details
  3. Go to the Targets tab and fill out Overall Target and add Target Periods then click save. Additionally, I added disaggregations but it was only when I tried to save after adding target periods did I received this error.
  4. See error in screenshot above.

Expected behavior I would expect to see a green success banner that my target periods were successfully saved and redirected to the Indicator list page.

@Kimaiyo077 I'm mentioning you on this bug to see what the issue might be. This occurred on my local after a DB install.
