Does installing Oracle Entreprise Edition require the same steps ? because I downloaded it in 2 zipped files, do I need to place them both in modules/oracle/files" or make them one zip ? please let me know.

Hi, sorry I am not sure what changes would be required for Enterprise Edition as I have never used it locally.

I am not actively maintaining this project at the moment so you may need to find some other solution. Some quick Googling turned up https://github.com/dbehnke/oracle12c-vagrant, maybe this would work for you?
