Table of content not supported by Gihub #39

Github cannot recognize table of content in this format github-table-of-content

I would love the option to use the other linking syntax for markdown.

Instead of [[link-uri|link-title]] use [link-title](link-uri).

I use obsidian to write blog posts which I import into my static site generator as raw markdown files. It expects links in the format [link-title](link-uri) so without that this plugin isn't very useful for me.

I might look into making a PR to add this functionality.

Oh I see this functionality was already added! Just need to toggle it in the settings! Might be nice to describe the settings more in the project readme
