No servo if frame config TRI_FRAME #3

Issue details

If Arducopter frame #define FRAME_CONFIG TRI_FRAME servo pin on D2 dont work. D2=servo dont yaw or any stick D3=back esc motor is OK D5=front right esc motor is OK D6=front left esc motor is OK
