Staff Research Introduction Pages #11

The old website has personal pages for the Staff about their research. I do not think this is nesscarry anyone; however, we should atleast have links to different websites with the Staff research interests. For example, 稲垣先生 has a personal homepage. So maybe we can include the links in the member list for the Staff.

I created pages for 両角先生 and 石川先生, the contents are copied from the old website or from the CORE-U homepage. I added links for the staff page of 野中先生 in english and japanese. I created blank pages for 清水さん. All are located under the folder content/members/.

I am changing how the staff pages are designed in the pull request #29. In particular,

Deleted 清水さん blank pages, replaced with links to the Hiroshima Staff page
Relocated to the folder content/members/staff
Included new content (page) parameter type: "support" and updated the theme list.html layout to use that parameter.

Those changes are needed to allow for changes to the members section stucture design.
