Hugo Transfer: Markdown Templete Options #16

With hugo we can provide dynamic options though the header sections of markdown files. Currently, we are not using that feature at all and I think we have some possible use cases. The file I am considering is /archetypes/default.md.

I have updated the templete to include more header information. For the future this seems like the easiest way to control overall website functions. For example the new news: section I added.
