Add to the Analysis, an Average trip length calculation

For engine soak times you will be calculating the time (above a defined minimum 
figure) that the vehicle did not move for (bad English I know).
Since you are establishing the timestamp for the beginning and end of each trip 
could you also calculate the trip length and report average trip length? This 
will independant of tags and areas.

Fix
- add download for trip bin and engine soak times (once report is created)
- user can do the calc in spreadsheet to get avg

Fixed in Revision 4a7129bf7a37.

Note: the download links for both trip bin and engine soak time reports were 
already in their respective screens. This fix just copied them both to the 
Download CSV screen of the Export module. As noted above, the user will 
download the CSV files and calculate the average in a spreadsheet.
