VehicleType-specific GPS traces #48

Issue:

Might have arbitrary vehicle type GPS traces only for buses, and we would want 
to analyze those separately. Today we would need to recreate a study region and 
all of the tags/roads/zones then upload GPS traces for a specific vehicle type. 
But, we'd like to do this all in one study region.

Minimum: recreate tags/roads/zones into a different study region. "Clone" 
feature.
