Automated Emails: "Newsletter subscription status" condition blocks email #917

Description

When I add the condition to check if the user is subscribed, the automated email is not sent.

I found the error when creating an automation when the user purchases a product. The automation works fine if I check only the product ID, but when I add this subscribed condition, the email is not sent (and the user is subscribed). Test with several users.

Customer >> Newsletter subscription status worked instead of Current User.
