  1. Added upscaler ini file because we've updated it and updated to use DLAA. MO2/mods/Skyrim Upscaler VR - DLSS FSR2 XeSS/SKSE/Plugins/SkyrimUpscaler.ini

  2. Didn't add the wabbajack file as it's grown to be 5mb. Will add the binary at some later release.
