make livox driver dependency optional #322

Hello, I have just discovered this project and am trying to build, but need to install the livox ROS drivers first, which in turn requires installing the Livox SDK. However, I have an Ouster sensor, so why should I have to complete all of these extra steps and bloat my project with these unneeded and unused dependencies? I would therefore like to suggest making this dependency and livox support optional.
