.. and PractitionerRole / BePractitionerRole. We should remove the "core" resources if we only want to use the BE ones.

Decision: Change the BeAllergyIntolerance.recorder to remove the reference to Patient, Practitioner, PractitionerRole, keep only the BePatient, BePractitioner, BePractitionerRole. This will also be considered for all other CareSets - but separate tickets will be created for that. Approved with no abstentions.
