Clarify description of allergy type value set #93

Says "Codes as communicated by NIHDI and the FOD Terminology Center differentiating types of allergy intolerance codes" These don't seem to be codes differentiating types of codes. They are the actual codes.

should be "Allergy / intolerance codes as communicated by NIHDI and the FOD Terminology Center" or similar.
