Specifically for Radiology: There is an option to handle the translations on QSI side: Each language requires an organisation account, so based on the system the prescriber is working in it will be a different account. So language is not explicit in the request, the language will be handled based on the API key that is provided to QSI:
FHIR has a standard way to handle multilingual content. It should be possible to use the same endpoint to include content in NL, FR, DE, EN, or a combination NL and FR for example
How the language change is managed in FHIR APIs so we don't have to create two endpoints and two database ? (and more if more languages than FR/NL..)
