HL7.FHIR.BE.RIZIV\Score Result Profile - Profile XML - FHIR v4.0.1 Resource Profile: BeScoreResult - XML Profile The 'description' element still contains "Defines a patient's known problem, a diagnostic or antecedent that deserves attention." (rendered as 'definition' in the content tab, so might be confusing as it not really defines the scoreresult)

Maybe copy the data that is now in 'defintion' and 'comment' into description? "Measurements and simple assertions made about a patient, device or other subject. Used for simple observations such as device measurements, laboratory atomic results, vital signs, height, weight, smoking status, comments, etc. Other resources are used to provide context for observations such as laboratory reports, etc." | Robin from the Platform | |

I settled on this high level description for the profile in the end: "To support the standard exchange of scores such as pain assessment scores, or risk score, etc"
