In https://build.fhir.org/ig/hl7-eu/eps/logicalModel.html it says: "The European eHealth Network "GUIDELINE on the electronic exchange of health data under Cross-Border Directive 2011/24/EU XXXX" - Release 1.1" ... et cetera.

Looks to me the current version is 3.3, not 1.1: eHN Patient Summary

Would also be useful to include the link at the same page.
