Abbildung in FHIR: Composition.extension:informationRecipient

InformationRecipient war ein Konzept aus CDA, dass obligatorisch war, wird aber im EPD-Kontext nicht (mehr) gebraucht. Das Element/Extension wurde im aktuellen Ballot aus den Composition Profilen in CH EMED entfernt.

Entschieden Issue zu schliessen (PJ, OE, MZ)
