In FHIR wird es als Boolean (Dosage.asNeededBoolean) abgebildet, ob es sich um ein "Reserve-Medikament" handelt. Zusätzlich hat man die Option, im Feld Dosage.patientInstructions weitere Informationen, die an den Patienten gerichtet sind, abzubilden. Dosage Profil
