Technical Correction of FHIRPath constraints with .value #104

we noted that our FHIRPath constraints are wrong in the swiss specification, and since we co-developed them we think the danish constraints are also affected: see https://github.com/hl7ch/ch-core/issues/252

you would need to remove all value. occurences

btw: it would be nice if you have a 'Propose a feedback' link at the bottom of the specification
