For restaurants, when there is a an authored OpenTable link in the CF the CTA will bring them to OT. If one doesn't exist it inherits the URL for the restaurants product detail page.

For shows, when the TicketMaster link is authored it displays in the dropdown and CTA goes to TM.

Note that some forms have an animation when they appear/load (as in https://www.caesars.com/caesars-palace/things-to-do/shopping).

Will this block be driven by JSON? For fields such as Where do you want to go?

Should the modal be part of this component? Wondering about the authoring aspect...

This looks like their booking engine form. I believe it should be coming from some central place.

Booking form will be coming from caesars.com/book/ That is broken out to a different story #177
